Claims Process
If you have suffered from an injury as a result of an accident that was not your fault within the last 3 years then call our friendly sympathetic staff who are able to discuss your accident circumstances.
If you prefer to deal with us on-line then please click on the claim online tab (top right) and complete the enquiry form to provide further details.
Our staff will then be in a position to call you back to discuss your individual circumstances.
Depending upon the factors surrounding your claim we shall then be able to arrange a home/hospital visit or a telephone appointment to take further details and a full statement dealing with your accident circumstances or injury.
Our team of experienced lawyers dealing exclusively with personal injury claims will then be in a position to determine the prospects of success in your case and to discuss the funding arrangements.
At Personal Injury Assist we do not charge a fee for this process, win or lose you will NOT be expected to fund the case out of your own pocket.
Interim Payments
At Personal Injury Assist we understand that you may be under extreme financial difficulties as a direct result of your accident. If we establish that the other party is to blame for the accident then we will apply for an early interim payment to cover your expenses incurred so far, for example, loss of earnings, travel expenses, rehabilitation, insurance excess etc.
